Here are a few step-by-step pics of storage buildings we've built.
With all the walls in place, sheathing begins to
cover the framing.  This workshop was custom
designed by the owner.  It is 18 feet wide and
thirty feet long.  The sidewalls are 10 feet high.
The first wall is up and in place.  This customer
chose to be the general contractor for his
project.  He brought in a concrete company to
pour the footings and the floor.
All the trusses are now set.  This roof will
have a 16 inch overhang all around and will
measure 14 feet 6 inches tall to the peak.
The first roof truss is set in place.  The owner
chose trusses with a 6/12 pitch.
The sheathing has all been installed and the
openings are ready for doors and windows.
The roof system is in place.  Bracing has been
installed for added strength and rigidity.
The owners asked us to do the framing for them and they would finish the rest.  We were happy to
help and they were very pleased with the results.  We'll add a few more pictures when the
workshop is completely finished.  If you are dreaming of adding a new workspace or just some
much needed storage space, give Marshall Contracting a call.  We'll assist you in whatever way
we can with as much of your project as you wish.  We'll get you started or we can do it all for you.

This will be a 20' wide by 24' long post form storage
building.  The fill sand has been leveled off, the
holes dug, the footing pads poured and the posts
set.
Here we see the walls and the roof are taking shape.
This roof system was designed with 20' 2"x4" trusses
and will have a 12" overhang on all sides.
The roof has been covered with shingles while the
cement floor has been poured as well.
The interior wall height of this building from floor to
ceiling will stand at approximately 9'6".
These pictures show a couple of the projects we've built for some of our previous customers.  Each building was custom

The new overhead garage door has been installed
along with the front wall purlins.
The new steel siding has been installed as well
as the vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia.  Wow!
An apron approach and some gravel fill put the
finishing touches on this new storage shed!
